Directions to Tait McKenzie Centre by Public Transit (TTC)

1 Thompson Rd, North York, ON M3J 1P3

Located at the north end of York University's Keele Campus.

Train:

Option 1

Take TTC Line 1 (Yonge-University Line) northbound toward Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Get off at Pioneer Village Station (located on the York University campus). Exit the station and walk east across Ian MacDonald Blvd toward York Blvd. Walk about 8 minutes north through campus to the Tait McKenzie Centre (follow signs toward the athletic facilities).

Option 2

Take TTC Line 1 north to York University Station. Exit the station and walk northwest toward the York Lions Stadium area. Walk approximately 6-8 minutes to Tait McKenzie (located near the York Lions Stadium and Canlan Ice Sports)

Driving:

From Downtown Toronto

Take Allen Road North from the 401. Continue north as Allen becomes Dufferin Street. Turn left (west) on Steeles Avenue West. Turn left (south) onto Northwest Gate or Keele Street, and follow signs to York University. Enter campus and follow signs for Tait McKenzie Centre or York Lions Stadium.

From East End

Take Highway 401 West. Exit at Keele Street North. Drive north on Keele for approximately 10–15 minutes. Turn left onto York Blvd (main York University entrance). Follow signage to Tait McKenzie Centre.

From West End

Take Highway 401 East. Exit at Highway 400 North. Take the exit for Steeles Avenue, and turn right (east) onto Steeles. Turn right (south) on Keele Street. Turn right onto York Blvd into the York University campus. Follow signage to Tait McKenzie Centre.
